We want every report to be correct and useful.

Personalised digital product

Each Life Blueprint is generated for your birth details, so it cannot be returned once delivered.

Errors we will fix

If your chart contains a calculation error, or the report was not delivered, email us within 14 days and we will correct and resend it, or refund you if we cannot.

Wrong details entered

If you entered the wrong birth details, contact us within 7 days and we will regenerate the report once at no charge.

Other requests

If you are unhappy for another reason, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will review it fairly. Refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method.
